Dr. Canavarros is a certified specialist in internal medicine, under the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also a member of the American Academy of Home Care Physicians. In addition, Dr. Canavarros holds membership with the American Geriatrics Society. Dr. Canavarros completed his residency training at East Carolina University, in North Carolina, USA in 1999, and his Medical Diploma at the Federal University of MS, Brazil, in 1994. He is passionate about bringing the very best of medical care to you and your loved ones, and stops at nothing, to ensure the excellence in medicine you want and deserve.
Dr. Canavarros has specialized in providing internal medicine in various parts of the world. He has a firm belief in offering holistic medical care to his patients. Patients ranging from 15 years old to end of life benefit greatly from Dr. Canavarros’ knowledge of the body’s inner works, as this relates to internal medicine. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and takes great pleasure in caring for each and every one of his patients, with personal attention and awareness regarding his or her specific needs.
